Requirements

Renewal

To continue practicing your job, you need to refresh your certificate. Regardless of the date, your permission was issued, the renewal is every triennial by June 30. To maintain your authorization, show proof of continued competency.

You should also submit a renewal application and take educational courses on the updates of the Uniformed Plumbing Code. Lastly, you should also pass testing on those updates. The charge is $276.

Transferability

The state does not have reciprocity agreements with other jurisdictions.
